The Varibill interface brings together streamlined navigation, enhanced reporting, and smarter automation tools, including our most powerful new feature: Self-Service Source Collectors, allowing you to automate the collection of usage and cost data directly from Varibill to your systems.

Self-Service Source Collectors

Source Collectors enable you to automatically pull data from multiple sources into Varibill, ensuring accuracy and completeness with every billing cycle.

File Management
Alongside Source Collectors, the new interface introduces a streamlined File Management module, designed to make your data handling faster, clearer, and more reliable.

Each tab in the process gives you end-to-end visibility and control:

1. Templates: Access standardized, pre-built templates for your data uploads.
2. Processed Templates: Download templates generated from large data requests without waiting.
3. Upload Files: Submit completed templates for automated validation.
4. Processed Files: View results, check for validation errors, and download files for quick corrections.

This workflow ensures that you are able to monitor every stage of your data import process directly within the UI - reducing dependency on support and improving billing accuracy.

Reporting Enhancements

Compare billing trends across date ranges, track global exchange rates, and gain deeper insights into usage and spend. Pre-populated reports include:

1. Billing Comparison Report: Provides a comprehensive, visual overview of your revenue performance across billing periods. View total revenue trends, compare product and client activity, and assess salesperson contributions in a single Excel report. This helps identify growth opportunities, track changes over time, and make more informed billing and business decisions. 
2. Effective Date Selling Rates Report: Provides clear visibility into how products are priced and rated across your price lists and product masters. Review selling rates, rated data, and markup values, and quickly identify products with missing rates in a structured Excel report. This helps you ensure pricing accuracy, validate rating completeness, and maintain consistent billing across all offerings.
