This article explains how to create once-off invoices and credit notes using the new interface.
How to Create Once-Off Invoices and Credit Notes in Varibill's New User Interface
Step 1: Log into the Varibill Client Application
Access the Varibill Client Application using the following URL: https://ui.varibill.com
After logging in, you will be presented with the Varibill Dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to Billing Documents
From the top navigation menu, navigate to:
Billing → Billing Document
Step 3: Open the Billing Document Actions Menu
From the Billing Document screen:
- Locate the Actions menu.
- Select the appropriate option:
- Create Once-Off Invoice
- Create Once-Off Credit Note
Step 4: Enter Billing Document Details
Complete the required fields to create the billing document.
Once all required information has been entered, click Save or Create to generate the billing document.
Step 5: Confirm the Created Billing Document
After saving, the new billing document will appear in the Billing Document grid.
You can use the Date Range and Status filters to locate the newly created document.
Tip: In the Varibill Client Application, Invoices and Credit Notes are both managed from the Billing Documents screen, simplifying billing management and document visibility.
