Your sales team may consist of sales representatives and account managers.
Set up a salesperson for every individual looking after a clients’ account or to whom the commission is payable. Creating a salesperson does not automatically give the salesperson access to the system. You can do so by creating a user account on “Manage Users”.
SalesPerson Attributes:
Name: Enter the full name of the sales person.
Surname: Enter the last name of the sales person.
Employee Number: This number should match the sales person’s employee number as set up in your accounting / payroll system.
Email Address: Enter a valid email address for the salesperson.
