Why can't I edit the client and product master on the contract?

Once your client has been billed for usage linked to a contract, the client name and the product master of the specific contract cannot be changed. This is to ensure the integrity of your data.


If you've set it up incorrectly, and there are invoices associated with the contract, the invoices can be reversed and the changes be made to the contract before processing your invoices again.
