Varibill Support is billable where:


  • the functionality to perform a request is available on the platform and self-help documentation is available;
  • changes to a source collector is required after the initial signoff;
  • bulk imports of data is requested;
  • fault finding was required and the route cause was not a system fault, but setup related (for example, incorrect linking/setup of data/contracts/clients/products/prices)
  • after hours support is required - our support team will be available from 07:00 – 16:00 UTC/GMT +2, Monday to Friday excluding South African public holidays.
